1. She had an attitude like it was our fault, and that we should feel bad for bringing our problem to her (I actually hesitated going to front desk because she might be there) Needless to say, I had to call again and someone came up.

2. I also want to mention that Raveena on front desk, as much as she was friendly at first, when we came to her with our problem she seemed apathetic and not very helpful at all.

5. Although there was the roach problem on the first day, I can say that they seemed to handle it very well and we didn't see any additional insects before we packed up and left.

6. It is a little outdated In Summary: If you see recent reviews of a roach problem before you book your stay then I wouldn't recommend staying here.

7. Came here for a week as the price was amazing and the room was fine--the only problem was the bathroom--it was just so small.

9. The 1-bedroom unit with kitchenette was just right for a couple and a 14-year-old, especially because the solution to the airconditioning problem had led to my being upgraded to one of the units with a beautiful terrace with table, grill, and 'tiki hut' where we ate breakfast during several early morning rains.

10. ) as an alternative to the large Waikiki hotel nearby where I attended a four-day business meeting, with follow up family time, and found it idea for both purposesl The staff are friendly and accomodating; though I needed politely to persistent, to get an initial problem--a room with airconditioning on the fritz-- resolved.
