1. Other reviews mentioned roaches, we didn't see any during our stay; I saw one outside, but I'd say that doesn't count.

4. I know in a tropical area its common, but the hotel we had transferred from (Ohana West: wanted a nicer room for our romantic getaway) had no signs of roaches.

8. Although there was the roach problem on the first day, I can say that they seemed to handle it very well and we didn't see any additional insects before we packed up and left.
