3. If you have a car, I recommend parking not in the hotel spaces under the building, which are challenging and a bit scary to get in and out of, but in the cheaper, slightly more spacious parking garage of the Monarch hotel next door.

7. The walls were in dire need of a paint job, the hallways were dreary and dark, the carpets were stained and worn, and the elevator made scary noises (bumps and jerks- I was afraid it was going to fall or get stuck.
