1. The desk staff did not seem to feel it necessary to apologize for mistake after mistake (which included having the wrong check out date, us catching it and even double checking with them on the day in question, only to find ourselves locked out that evening).

4. I am sure there were other hotels in the area that were fancier and that were directly on the beach, but there was basically nothing wrong with our stay.

5. If you have any questions about what is around to do ask the bell desk or any of the valets they are extremely helpful (although at 25 a day for parking a little expensive) and never steered us wrong.

6. Nothing is a trouble to the staff, after a phone call to tell them we could not open our safe after putting the wrong code in they were there within minutes and also weighing our luggage for us before leaving.

8. Pastries, bagels & cream cheese, bread for toast, scrambled eggs in buffet, fruit, salad, miso soup and rice, french toast, pancakes hot syrup and biscuits and gravy, cereal, pineapple crisp, can't go wrong there.
