3. The pool at the Embassy Suites is on the small side but this was not a problem to us considering the wonderful ocean just a short stroll away ideal for snorkelling and viewing an array of tropical fish.

6. We had only one problem staff related and that was with the lady on the tour booking desk.

7. Only problem we had was they put us in a handicap accessible room on first night with full-size beds across from elevators, not the queen -size beds away from elevators that I reserved/requested months before our visit.

8. Since we were there for one week, when we used it on Friday is wasn't a problem getting a washing machine but it was more busier during the week.

Apparently there is no link between bookings and front desk as they would not/could not help us out at all and said it was our fault (we suspect the hotels booking site had a problem as when we booked we assumed we were getting Ocean View as the room was more expensive that a Partial Ocean View).
