1. While this hotel is in a good location we found it quite noisy the walls are like paper so you heard every thing in the other rooms and in hall ways, we had a room in the Aloha building and we could here everything on the street, I found the rooms abit dated and pool quite small but the complimentary breakfast was great and staff very helpful I would have to say I would not stay here again I think there is alot of nicer hotels in just as good location the noise was abit much.

4. The desk staff did not seem to feel it necessary to apologize for mistake after mistake (which included having the wrong check out date, us catching it and even double checking with them on the day in question, only to find ourselves locked out that evening).

Because we had stuffed up our dates due to crossing over the international date line from Australia (still blame my husband for that one ha, ha), we arrived a day earlier than expected & 6 hours earlier than the 3pm check-in, staff were a little dry at first, but once they under stood our predicament they offered us a nice cool juice & were able to accomodate us on the first floor for that night (just ok room, but not bad) whilst the remainder of our stay was on the 8th floor with full ocean veiws which we were not expecting, but happy to take.
