3. A very small complaint is that all of there promo photos show a kukei (sp?) nut necklace (lei) on the bed as though it is a welcome gift.

4. My only complaint is that some people feed the birds at breakfest, so the birds have become accustomed to sweeping in for the food on the tables.

5. Our only complaint was that the guy who checked us in gave us the worst room possible next to the gym and elevator even when I told him that we had called four months ahead to request a room in the other tower on a higher floor.
