2. My last note on service, we had reserved two rooms but unfortunately my son who was due to travel with us developed a kidney stone the day we were to leave and was delayed coming to Hawaii.

3. unfortunately our friends were not able to stay on the same floor but it did not end up being a problem.

4. taxis etc as they think if you want to stay there then we will charge you moreStayed here three times that was because more of the service but unfortunately stayed somewhere else last time and the room service and food were better so 1st I would rec now the Royal Hawaiian will upload room pictures so you can understand the room layout location.
