4. Before we left for our diving that day, I told the concierge manager that we expected the hotel to make amends for such an egregious error that cost us a nice relaxing breakfast before our full day of diving.

5. On return to the hotel, we found a message from a room service manager apologizing for the error and offering us a free bottle of red wine--the same cheap bottle of red wine provided free of charge when we arrive.
