1. One morning there was a maintenance person cleaning the carpet outside of the room where the dog was staying; however, the next morning the smell was back.

3. The front desk staff, hotel chief of operations were all rude and unconcerned that our minor age children had been exposed to an illegal substance while in their room, the smell was so strong it came into the room and into the hallway.

7. On our last night, the entire hotel smelled of a pork roast due to the restaurant in the basement.

10. Excellent staff, rooms clean and overall very accommodating, When I arrived at my room, it smelled of cigarette smoke masked by spray so when we asked, we were moved with no problem.
