1. The traffic, parking prices and lack of stuff to do locally makes it a bad choice for conventioneers.
"Nice if you have to be downtown " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/1/2012 Vote
2. Cons of the executive floor include lack of a restroom, no where to sit during breakfast, and no bowls due to such a large crowd.

3. Also, we were very frustrated by the lack of vending machines.
"Decent room but overpriced parking " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/1/2012 Vote
4. More disappointing, however, is the lack of a bathroom in the Executive Lounge area- you have to go back to your room.
"Good location, but thin walls and a disappointing executive lounge " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/8/2012 Vote
5. The room, was nice but very small and lacked a mini-fridge or any kind of hospitality snack vault.
"Great location, staff very helpful, room was so-so " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/2/2012 Vote
6. This hotel is very clean, updated & comfortable with large rooms, but lacks some ammenities that I have come to expect from upscale hotels.

8. No one should have to deal with this lack of both cleanliness and service.
"Absolutely foul. Three rooms with no bell-person/cart, NUMEROUS pubic hairs, and a maid that expected US to clean " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/15/2010 Vote
9. I was given a new room and once again forced to carry my luggage myself even after just complaining yet again about the lack of bell-person, there was not even a cart.
"Absolutely foul. Three rooms with no bell-person/cart, NUMEROUS pubic hairs, and a maid that expected US to clean " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/15/2010 Vote
10. But also lacked some amenities you might expect in better hotels, like a lighted makeup mirror (I mean HHonors bestowed me the use of a lighted makeup mirror in the chain's down-market Doubletree Hotel in another city but not in their more expensive big city version of their product).
"Nice Hotel for Business or Pleasure " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/15/2010 Vote
