5. room: view of marriott across walkway; awful mildew smell; found 4 dirty, used (liquid still in) coffee cups on desk & on bathroom vanity; rug area immediately in front of bathroom wet (like someone had just come out of shower w/o drying); soap bars on vanity & in shower were unwrapped & seemed used also; bed was comfortable but wondered if the bedsheets were changed after the last stay? common areas: lots of elevators (7 or 8) but getting on one was a challenge (especially when there were lots of ppl waiting) as only one came at a time when called & ppl didn't have enough common sense to wait for their turn; pool was small for such a large hotel; tennis courts not great but playable condition during daytime only (no lights), same for track & basketball; fitness ctr looked fine; lobby area was nice w/souvenir shop; concierge desk/bar area on 27th floor was nothing great except for service; starbucks in hotel but does not accept starbucks card; covered walkway bridge access from hilton to marriott (across the street) to hyatt.
