1. Front desk gave me absolutely no hassle and without asking put me on the concierge level.

2. My flight was delayed and I called the hotel and asked if they would allow one of my siblings to check-in on my credit card until I got there and they allowed them to check-in with no hassle (maybe the Embassy Suites can take a lesson from them).

3. Not the most convenient place to stay if you have a car, there is a daily fee for parking in the garage and it is a hassle to get into the parking garage from the street (you have to see what I am talking about), and the parking is weird, but that is a minor annoyance.
