The location was within walking distance to many different food places, and tourist attractions (even though the area did not feel overly safe to me, and the sidewalks were

y slow -- which actually worked to my advantage because it forced me out of the hotel and I found a really nice breakfast/lunch place a few blocks away.

deal, especially for the frustrations you'll likely experience as I doubt these super-conferences nearby are a rare occurrence.

In fact all of Downtown Atlanta is, but with all the homeless and scammers, why? Why invest in a

community? I now understand why people choose to live North of the city.
