1. I never managed to adjust the water temperature for a hot shower but as the weather was mild this was not a major issue.

2. When the hotel staff was contacted about the issues they refused to move the team to another room, and did not call the police to report an illlegal substance was being used in the hotel.

7. I wish I could blame the convention crowds for these issues, but we've stayed here at other times and found it to be much the same.

8. The Exec Floor and the high quality of the clean, comfy rooms helped override the hot water issues, drafty/chilly room, and noisiness from the thin walls.

10. Again, it was a 'very good' stay (despite some of the issues) just for that, so I HIGHLY recommend the Executive Floor experience for the extra money.
