1. The front desk staff, hotel chief of operations were all rude and unconcerned that our minor age children had been exposed to an illegal substance while in their room, the smell was so strong it came into the room and into the hallway.

5. I actually put myself through school waitressing and bartending, and I would never have acted this way, even to a rude customer, let alone to two people who have done nothing other than try to order breakfast.

7. The customer service personnel at a 4 Star hotel should also be friendly and not rude when a customer is inquiring about the status of their reservation via phone.
