1. If I had to list any negatives, I would say the breakfast in the executive area was not that great and there should be more signage for the reservations desk.

4. On the negative side: My room had an unappealing view of the highway and it was pretty loud the whole time, despite the fact my windows didn't open and I was all the way up on the 20th floor.
