2. The 'two towers' gets a bit confusing because if you miss the wrong floor, you miss the causeway to the other tower.

6. After about 20 minutes the manager called me and let me know that it was indeed an error, somebody wrote down a wrong room number or somebodies signals got crossed, but they apologized.

7. I called and the switchboard operator told me that we called about a bottle of water that was in the wrong name and I told her that my daughter didn't call and we didn't have any bottles of water in our room with anybody's name on them.

8. Finally, instead of the stupid plate of fruit I have received when things went wrong in other hotels, Angela came unasked with a coupon for dinner in Prime Meridian restaurant.

9. There is nothing 'wrong' with the omni but it lacks the plushness, style, and frills of several other hotels in the area which make you see what you are paying for.
