1. I'm assuming this is a difficult thing for hotels to manage as I had to switch to another hotel that weekend, and experienced the same thing.

Valet parking was very easy, check in was very easy, finding the room was a little more difficult due to the maze-like operations of the elevators (there are floors in the north tower which you apparently cannot reach by elevators), the hotel was very clean, the room was quite nice and spacious, and check-out was easy.
