1. I know that this is no fault of the hotel but it amazed me how loudly the sounds were and how it sounded as if my window was open allowing the noise in but my windows were sealed shut.

3. Just note if you do stay here make sure you do not stay on a floor full of loud teenagers that don't have any chaperones to keep them in line.

4. We turned in about 11 and at about 12 all you could hear was several teenagers (which were part of a convention) running up and down the halls talking loudly and slamming doors this went on for about 45 min before we called down to the front.

9. Bad points: two towers means two check in lobbys/two auto lobbys (can't just say I'll meet you in the lobby); close to sporting arenas also means football/concert crowds on weekends, close to park means loud speaker events that start at 7 am on Sat; small elevators means long lines at lobby to go up and multiple stops going down.

10. After a very late night, due to concert, wish room could have had better insulation as noise level seemed loud for such a nice hotel.
