8. They went on to tell us how after the game last year (same event different teams), because of the 8 PM policy, that the hotel was a zoo with mass confusion and luggage piled everywhere and people were in long, slow moving lines at midnight.

9. Service was knowledgeable, but a little slow, and I finally decided the reserved-bordering-on-unfriendly quality of most of the restaurant staff was related to the fact that none of them seemed to speak English as a first language.

10. Maybe it started at check in, I had done the express check in for Omni Select before I arrived, but they did not have it ready and I had to go through that and it slowed me down.
