1. The one negative for me was the noise in the evening.

2. The only real negative experience was that the designated outdoor smoking area which was down in the valet area, wasnt screened from the sidewalk very well, so each time we went down we were harassed by people walking by for cigarettes.

7. The only other negative for me is that the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing--it reminded me of that Escher picture with all the stairs going every which way, only in this case it was a series of elevators and escalators and you had to figure out which combination to use.
