1. it appeared they sold my reservation out from under me when I showed up at 10:30 PM, their is also a problem with homeless people in the area loitering late at night.

4. Great staff really made the visit--were it not for the warmth and welcome attitude of the staff it would have been easy to rate the hotel lower due to the problems with room temp.

7. I assumed it wasn't because I booked the reservation through a 3rd party (I also booked it through a 3rd party last year and adding my number wasn't a problem then).

8. The only problem with the room was there were no available power outlets next to the bed for my phone.

9. My one special request was to find a rental car and that ended up being a problem because the guy I talked to didn't follow through with finding out it the rental agency he sent me to had any cars (they didn't) so I had to try two more agencies until I found anything to rent.
