we love the indoor 2nd floor deluxe pool, great Urbane restaurant and it's fabulous happy hours, 7 days a week, and comfy rooms, only issue is their internet,
slow
and often doesn't work well.

The breakfast restaurant on the first floor had good food, but the speed of service was
slow
(this on the one day when we needed to be in a hurry).

The valet parking was also expensive, but for us unavoidable, I also found it
slow
to recall the car, so it might be worth calling down with advance notice if you need to go anywhere with the car.

Food was overpriced and overcooked, and service was very
slow
with 3/4 of the tables full.

You can wait a long time for one and the
slow
ride suggests a lack of sense of urgency.

In addition, there's no vent in the bathroom and the elevator is a touch
slow
once in motion.
