1. Unfortunately there was a down side to the stay at this hotel and that was that the rooms could do with a little bit of a paint job and tidy up as there were some serious marks on the walls and in my friend's room there were chips taken out of the plaster.

2. Only a few small complaints: wish the cafe in the lobby was open past 11 am; and very slight wear and tear in my room (a surprise, since the place is so new - slight discoloration in the shower; chipped edge on nightstand).
