1. This is service can has been lacking in other hotels in the chain and the restaurant staff here have been trained well and understand the guest is paramount.

7. 50 for a tip) but when we checked out the waitress had charged it to the room even after I had said that the cash was for tip & extra bacon - the front desk removed the charge but it was very frustrating after the lack of service to then have to deal with this.

8. It's a very big room (living room + bedroom + double closets + 1 1/2 bathrooms) but was lacking in any warmth or charm.

9. I know the hotel is green and uses water conservation measures, but this lack of water pressure was a little ridiculous.
