We stayed in a King Deluxe , I did my reserach, of course photos APPEAR great, but the room was worn out and
dirty
( maybe b/c it is a 'green' hotel.

The only thing we thought was strange was that certain things seemed a little
dirty
(hallway carpet all stained as you get out of the elevator) and room furniture quite scratched up.

The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and the lobby while small was adequate with 2 different seating areas but there were
dirty
glasses that sat there unattended for at least 1/2 hour.

Some days I came back to my room and my room service tray hadn't been cleared, there were
dirty
glasses still left around the room, my towels hadn't been replaced on the rails, etc.

I didn't like the fact that if you didn't call the front desk and ask them to change out your towels they would leave your
dirty
towels in your room wherever you left them.
