1. Only downsides of the lobby is that there is really not a business center, and to print 5 pages is free, after that it is 25 cents per page.
"Eco-Friendly, Super-Chic " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/30/2011 Vote
2. The only downside is that you typically can't get a bathtub in a king room and you don't get free wireless in the room (you can get it in the lobby though).
"New, Modern Hotel in a Great Location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/5/2011 Vote
3. The bed was okay (not as premium as at home but still comfortable) - the downside was no king size pillows only regular size so that was a little difficult to adjust to.
"Modern Hotel but nothing exceptional " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/25/2011 Vote
4. On the downside, the bed was not firm enough for my bad back, towels were flimsy, the television did not have the station I wanted (MSNBC) and they charge ten dollars per day for wireless internet.
"Great location, decent but not fabulous hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/1/2011 Vote
5. One downside is that they charge for internet access.
"Sleek, modern, eco-friendly hotel in good location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/24/2011 Vote

9. - The fog-free mirror was cool, just one of those little touches that remind you you're not at homeThe only downsides, none of which was a big deal for us but could be for someone else:- Our wireless Internet didn't work -- they did provide us with a wired connection, though- We only had one robe in the room (huh?)- The sliding door on the bathroom would be inappropriate for anyone sharing a room who was not very familiar with their roommate- There's no tub, so don't bring bubble bath.
"Couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Seattle " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/23/2009 Vote
10. Specials bed and room was great, bathroom shower was a downside because it did not have a shower door on it and the water pressure was not good at all.
"I enjoyed the beds and the downstairs bar, very hip and the place to be. " Read full review   10/7/2009 Vote
