An error at checkout left me to pay for an upgrded room that i had not experienced, but this was quickly rectified and my bill altered by an extremely

The housekeeping supervisor was extremely sympathetic and
apologetic
and offered to have the room refreshed immediately, promising it wouldn't happen again and we would have someone different clean the room.

There was construction in the ladies locker room so it wasn't accessible but the spa employee was very nice and
apologetic
and gave me a robe to use.
