1. A big thank you to the staff in the restaurant as when they found out that there was an issue with a couple of things ordered for breakfast they were rectified quickly, quietly and without complaint.

8. we love the indoor 2nd floor deluxe pool, great Urbane restaurant and it's fabulous happy hours, 7 days a week, and comfy rooms, only issue is their internet, slow and often doesn't work well.
