1. It is a very new hotel, and were fortunate enough to try it after winning it on a bidding website (the price was still above average, but this was a crazy weekend in Seattle where barely anything could be found for under $300/night, and this is an above average hotel).

2. We ate at Urbane and the food was good, the coffee was probably prepared with a french press since we both landed up with grounds in the bottom of our cups but the service was barely acceptable.
