2. The Hotel:My first experience walking into the lobby and seeing the strangest red plastic sofa, unusual and uncomfortable chairs, zebra striped tables, and black walls, was not the surroundings or atmosphere I expected when checking into the W Hotel two blocks from the White House.

3. As for the comment that the bar staff dresses like glammed out Hooters girls - they wear black cocktail dresses that do show some cleavage so if this makes you uncomfortable then you may want to avoid the bars.

4. Rooms are uncomfortably small, beds are a bit too soft, but the rooms are very well stocked with EVERY detail in mind, and boast Bliss products and wonderful robes - your own private spa after a long and busy day.
