1. They were very accomodating when I asked to change to a new room, but was asked 'didn't the tell you when you checked it??' Really??Even in the new room, it is difficult to get to the elevators to your room because there is a significant focus on the crowd going to the roof bar.

2. There were private rooftop events two of the evenings which made it difficult to get an elevator and entailed security guards questioning you.

6. It was difficult to see the White House,it was blocked by the Treasury building, but you could see the Jefferson, Washington and Lincoln Memorials as well as all the planes that were heading for the airport.
