1. I asked for an early check in 1 pm which they said would not be an issue and could not check in until after 4pm.

7. When I had an issue with noisey neighbours they responded immediately and the following morning arranged to move me to another room all without any fuss.

9. My only issue is after we had checked out the guy that got our bags the hotel had stored for us as we had lunch asked us if we needed a ride to the airport.
