1. My only complaint, which isnt bad at all, the showers are frosted and not completely blocked off so it's a little strange when staying with a buddy, but overall 5 stars, will stay again.

3. Lighting was the largest complaint- lightswitch upon entry was just a night light, not sufficient to see that another nearby switch would un-dim a better light.

5. my one real complaint - which is consistent across all the W hotels is that once again the W Hotel chain did not fill up our shampoo and conditioner on the second day.

6. If I had a tiny complaint, the rooms are so funky that sometimes simple things, like finding light switches, can be a hassle (perhaps I am getting old.

8. My only complaint was that wireless internet was an extra charge per day ( $15) and parking is expensive ( valet $55 overnight).

9. The bathroom was very spacious and the only complaint I had was with the tap as the basin got into the way of the tap handle and I had problem getting the temperature down as it couldn't rotate further downwards as the basin was in the way.

10. My only very minor complaint is that on a Friday night there were some nearby individuals who were laughing and talking loudly.
