1. Room was cramped, the bed was small, and the front desk staff seemed annoyed to help even though I waited in line for 30mins just to check in.

8. So we have stayed at a bunch of Ws (New Orleans, Hollywood, Montreal, NY) and we love(d) the chain but lately the service is just going downhill and getting to the point of being annoying.
