We ordered our $15+ drinks which were good but far from memorable, during which one of the staff asked if he could replace my chair (we scored seats after a couple seated at the bar left) with a rock hard one so he could give the more comfortable chair to one of their more valued guests seated at a table.

The hotel lobby and outside is quite nice, but once you get into a room, the beds are tiny (i had to sleep diagonally to fit) and hard as a rock; the water pressure is non-existent (i would have preffered to bathe in the sink), and the hotel staff doesn't have any information about events or places in the city.
