1. The W had told me that they had an agreement with another hotel to use their pool - when my hubby took the kids over there, the pool was pretty gross - even my eight year old complained that it was too dirty.

7. Secondly, our room was not automatically cleaned when we were there and we had to complain to get someone to come up and sort things out.

8. Firstly, the rooms are very small, the first we were offered was effectively a single room and when we complained we were offered different rooms but none were really adequate.

9. Prior to booking other on trip advisor had complained about this feature however we loved it and note that althou the walls are made out of frosted glass even with the bright lights on you cant see threw them.

10. When we complained they allowed us to switch rooms, and the hotel staff says this happens every weekend.
