1. I have stayed at many hotels in the US and Europe and rank my experience at the Grand Hyatt as one of the worst.

This premesis has top rating on Hyatt rating and it is TIRED and run down The atrium <internal< was dirty and I pointed this out to 'MOD' who seemed un impressedI was in USA for 6 weeks and this hotel was by far the worst presentationI am a passport holder and am most upset and would recommend Four Seasons group if looking for a great stay.

8. The sports bar downstairs may have had the worst waitress service I've ever seen, there was NO ONE in the place and we ordered chicken fingers and a salad, instead of waiting on us we saw our waitress just hanging out talking to someone in the corner, finally we asked if we could just get our order to go because we didn't have the time.
