4. The hotel is close to dining (from $-$$$) and lots of shopping (including H&M, Chinatown, Hard rock Cafe, etc )and is walking distance from the White House and other sight-seeing as well.

8. Hard rock Cafe, ESPN Zone, Capitol Brewing Company, and China Town were all within very easy walking distance for a nice meal.

9. We went to Capital City Brewing Co, Oceanaire(expensive) and the Hard rock Cafe, all within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel and the food and service were excellent at all three places.
