1. The location is good, although at the time we stayed there (May 2012), there was a massive and unattractive construction site right in front of the hotel.

3. There was construction across the street but there was not a lot of noise - we stayed in a roon in the front of the hotel directly across from the construction (we are use to usual city noise).
