3. The only minor negative was the lighting in the guest room-- the bathroom light was pretty poor and, having a window that faced the interior of the hotel, the room did not get any sunlight at any point in the day.

4. They must see so many people go in and out the door any given day, the services are poor, it seems common for staff to be impatient, unwilling to help and abrasive in their attitude.
