This is a tired Grand Hyatt-it definitely needs updating-no makeup/shaving mirrors in the bathroom, slightly worn carpet and drapes; didn't have the amenities you'd expect from a Grand Hyatt (although there is a Starbucks in the lobby and you can print your boarding passes from computers in the lobby).

Desk, bed frame and side table were worn bare in many places, capet had multiple stains, walls were dirty with many scuff marks, decorative pillows on bed had stains, arm chair had multiple stains, dirty dishes were outside the door on arrival, and still there 2 hours later after calling twice to have them removed.
