1. The only minor negative was the lighting in the guest room-- the bathroom light was pretty poor and, having a window that faced the interior of the hotel, the room did not get any sunlight at any point in the day.

They should have a couple of staff members out front making sure no-one blocks other customers or even H street (yes, half of H street was indeed blocked and everyone just stood around watching instead of trying to do something)Overall very nice stay, the negatives I listed were minor annoyances compared to rest of the experience.
