1. That afternoon after the room had been cleaned, I grabbed a glass again and that dirty glass was back.

This premesis has top rating on Hyatt rating and it is TIRED and run down The atrium <internal< was dirty and I pointed this out to 'MOD' who seemed un impressedI was in USA for 6 weeks and this hotel was by far the worst presentationI am a passport holder and am most upset and would recommend Four Seasons group if looking for a great stay.

5. Other smaller details included the fact that the housekeeping staff came and partially cleaned our room while we were at breakfast, and threw away all of our soap, leaving us with no soap or towels when we returned from breakfast and all of our dirty linens sitting in a pile in our living area.

Desk, bed frame and side table were worn bare in many places, capet had multiple stains, walls were dirty with many scuff marks, decorative pillows on bed had stains, arm chair had multiple stains, dirty dishes were outside the door on arrival, and still there 2 hours later after calling twice to have them removed.
