1. They made every attempt to solve my problems with the key card, and it certainly wasn't their fault the maintenance person called in to check the lock couldn't replicate the problem.

2. Coming from Baltimore, I found the hotel without any problems and was even able to check in 2 hours early, and valet park my car.

7. The biggest problem is that the building is an old one without any signs of renovation/improvement.
