5. The first time I was willing to assume I'd left the key card too close to my cell phone or something, but I've never had a key go bad repeatedly like this.

6. The promissed improvements did not take place, they have treated the staff so badly that most of the old timers have left (good luck Reggie, John), the bar is a ghost town and the wine selection has gone from being one of the best in the area to the worst - even the ATM has been removed.
