1. The hotel staff was very nice--no complaints there at all BUT the hotel itself leaves alot to be desired.

9. Only complaint was in breakfast room, had to ask for plates or dishes extra bread and butter, staff there were more intent on setting places and cleaning up etc.

10. I only have one complaint of the hotel and that is although there were several TV stations to choose from, the hotel did not offer FOX News.
