1. After the 2nd attempt to get into our room, we were still left standing outside our room in the hallway, Finally someone let us in with a master key and found out the lock was damaged.

4. - The ceiling in part of our room had heavy water damage to the point that there was a small hole in the ceiling- The room was spacious but the bathroom was quite small- The bathroom contained shower body wash, conditioner, and skin lotion, but was inexplicably missing any soap or shampoo.
