1. As soon as I booked it and found out it was The Melrose, I was immediately disappointed as I've read some negative reviews.

2. My one negative is that they utilize a pipe system for heating and although it was chilly, when the air was set on 60 degrees it still blew hot air, and we had to keep the window open and the air on about 65 in order to keep it comfortable.

9. negatives: hairs in the tub, dirt behind the bed, stained carpet, desk lamp not working, soft beds, thin pillows, expensive breakfast, very, very poor breakfast staff including restaurant manager, far too expensive juice at breakfast that noone told us it has to be payed until we got the bill.
